The restaurant is run by South Asians, but their Portuguese seafood is as authentic as the locals. Trust me, they are even more welcoming and friendly than Libon people themselves! I went there for a trip in May this year, and this restaurant made me want to eat there twice in a row. I recommended it to another friend who had just traveled there.

Staying in Portugal for a few days and dined at Solar Do Vez for both lunch and dinner. Wow. Terrific service and great quality food and drinks. Head there for happy hour and terrific value cocktails. Special thanks to Arjun for looking after us and for the terrific eating and drinking recommendations. A great experience and a lovely place to spend some time. Highly recommended.

Just had a drink as not long off the cruise ship. Fresh squeezed lemon very refreshing. The waiter Komol was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting to him The lunches that were being served look good and well presented. No hesitation in recommending this venue.

Arjun is THE BEST, very fast and nice!!!!! We came to Solar Do Vez very underdressed for the weather. They saw we were cold and offered us blankets immediately! They also provided a heating lamp outside for us. Everything came out faster than expected and tasted great! The sangria was so good! 10/10 recommend!

I entered in this restaurant thinking it was a basic one, close to the Taje river of Lisboa .. and honestly, from the moment their team started to bring our starters, I noticed a real "savoir-faire" from the way they are cooking I ordered a typical "Portuguese Bitoque" and didn't express myself which resulted in being served chicken instead of beef as the main ingredient, and Mazharul listened carefully to my concern and directly exchange it for what I preferred, and for free At the end of our diner, in a very pleasant and professional way, they showed us each lines of the bills in order for us to validate that we took each of the items mentioned 🧾👍🏾 As a French connaisseur of good cuisine, I sincerely recommend this place and good atmosphere that those people create in their typical Portuguese restaurant 🇵🇹🤞🏾🤞🏾
